Currently, we are looking for a
Presales Project Manager
for our Moscow office to make the team even stronger.
We are seeking a Presales Project Manager – a professional who will play a key role in the business development process and business proposals creation including lead qualification, elaboration of COFIX Global offering, value proposition and final deal closure. The successful candidate will work with COFIX Global Business Development and Legal Teams, Operations and Regional Business Units and Brand Marketing Team to develop and present business solutions, aligning business needs and positioning COFIX experience and services as a key differentiator and competitive advantage.
This person must be comfortable mapping business requirements into COFIX capabilities and services, suggesting regional business strategies, defining financial models, prerequisites and dependencies of a successful engagement, coordinating and integrating business development activities across multiple organizational units and divisions at COFIX.

Responsibilities
Identifies and creates opportunities for COFIX to grow;
Builds senior-level relationships with partners, existing and prospective, on behalf of COFIX;
Negotiates the best deal terms focused on results delivery, while keeping partner interests fulfilled as well;
Analyzes and prioritizes partnerships offers, focusing on the franchise based product goals, risks, financial and reputational potential of the deal, partner’s goals and needs, etc;
Enhances the image and reputation of the Product and the Company in the industry and on the market.
Responsible for acquisition of new customers, market research and development of existing COFIX franchise model in CE/WE/Latam/Asia region including cold calling, videoconference, meeting arrangements and presentations
Achieve the sales quota with new and on-board customers
Drive the sales cycle, focus on value proposition, closure deals and support the customer further
Support of on-boarded customers, and force the cross-selling
Participation in industry conferences, seminars, and other related events for the best business outcome
Work as a part of COFIX HQ business development team with COFIX senior management, account managers, heads of business units and product marketing, coffee shop architects on a daily basis presenting a solution from a business perspective
Act as a single point of contact collaborating with COFIX Global Finance and Legal Divisions and providing a comprehensive targeted response
Integrate technical solution implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on marketing research and technical estimates, timelines and cost analyses
Create offline and online presentations featuring COFIX values, experience, and services
Continually collect and structure COFIX technological and business experience for further reuse by sales and presales teams
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Experience in pre-sales/ market survey/ account management, franchise sales, b2b sales
Very good written and good spoken English
Understanding of business development life cycle
Practical knowledge of and experience working with clients
Strong project management skills
