Our seafood and produce are hand-picked by Shalom Maharovsky – the owner – in markets around the world, then, they are sent to the amazingly creative hands of Chef Yoram Nitzan. Mul-Yam Restaurant is the only Israeli restaurant that appears in the prestigious international culinary guide 'Les Grandes Tables du Monde', and in 2003 rated the restaurant among the best 120 restaurants in the world.
