Dear Agartala,
As the owner of The Fat Chicken, few people know me few may not but i would like to address my fellow citizens and society regarding our initiative, “Happiest Hour.” Recent events and questions raised prompt me to share a few important points for your consideration:
1. Have we made a mistake by opening Happiest Hour, or is our intent misunderstood?
2. While possessing all required licenses—music LLP, IRP, and others—are we wrong to host DJ nights legally within our space?
3. Is it wrong to prioritize protection for women inside our premises, ensuring a safe environment for everyone?
4. Is the media coverage of recent incidents one-sided, or are all perspectives equally represented?
5. Shouldn’t the youth of Agartala, Tripura, be able to question each other—just as media questioned our driver today about the Happiest Hour property?
6. Why don’t we conduct a transparent poll on these issues, hearing directly from our community?
7. What about the hardworking staff supporting their families through employment at Happiest Hour—do their voices matter too?
8. Will Happiest Hour be fairly justified, or are we being forced towards closure without genuine dialogue?
9. Why don’t we conduct a transparent poll on these issues, hearing directly from our community?
10. What about the hardworking staff supporting their families through employment at Happiest Hour—do their voices matter too?
11. Will Happiest Hour be fairly justified, or are we being forced towards closure without genuine dialogue?
12. Does this situation reflect bias against us—or is it a broader challenge for everyone in our society?
These questions are not only about Happiest Hour—they concern each one of us. I kindly request everyone in Agartala to participate and make an honest poll about the current scenario. We pledge to accept the true outcome graciously.
Thank you, and I personally thank everyone for your love and support.
