The restaurant is situated (at half way along the alappuzha - changanacherry road ) amidst incredibly beautiful paddy fields, surrounded by majestically flowing rivers and canals of the kuttanadu region . Avees is all set to cater to your sensual delight with a fine collection of traditional culinary dishes . We make no compromise on the quality of products , since Avees owns a modern ,state of th

e arts rice processing plant, near by in pulincunnoo . Rice from surrounding paddy fields is turned into high quality products , using traditional artisanal practices of the region . we follow a conventional course for washing drying and powdering the rice and fry the produce in large brass pans over slow burning firewood . Skilled craftsmen carry out the entire process in an impeccably clean and hydienic environment

AVEES is a well-known producer of heritage rice powder from the Kuttanad region of Kerala in southern India. We produce some unique products of the region and pack them in elegantly designed covers while adhering to our uncompromisingly high standards of hygiene and palette.
