Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango, chopped
1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
¾ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Blend the mango and pineapple into a coarse puree.
Transfer to a heavy-bottom pan.
Add sugar and cook on medium heat.

* 1 cup ripe mango, chopped

* Lots of ice cubes

Method

1. Add the chopped mango and pineapple to a blender or crusher and pulse lightly. The mixture should be crushed and slightly chunky, not a smooth paste.
2. Fill serving glasses with plenty of ice cubes.
