Most of us don’t need a stricter breakfast. We need a more nourishing one.

A cup of chai and a biscuit may get the morning started, but it often leaves us reaching for snacks just a few hours later. The difference isn’t more discipline. It’s better balance.

Adding protein to your breakfast can help keep you fuller for longer, support steady energy, and make mornings feel a little easier.

No rules. No guilt. No complicated meal plans.

Just real food, made a little better.

Hot take: breakfast doesn’t need to be bigger. It needs to be better.

A meal that’s mostly carbs may feel satisfying in the moment, but adding protein can help support steadier energy, keep you fuller for longer, and reduce those mid-morning cravings.

The good news? It doesn’t have to look like a gym meal.

A cheela, a protein-rich flour, sattu, paneer, nuts, seeds, or a balanced breakfast bowl can go a long way.

So tell us - are you in the comfort first camp or the balance first camp? 👇
