Love your Chicken Shawai, Love your Shawarma

/ Shawaya, Marinated with masalas that give a dark tinge, smeared with pepper powder in plenty, makes it more hot and spicy.

/ Doner Kebab - Meat, especially chicken that is marinated, roasted slowly on a vertical tower spit , and cut in thin slices, wrapped in Kaboos / Pita bread and served with vinegared veggies.
