SPECIAL HIMACHALI THALI

This thali has the goodness of most of the signature dishes that are part of the Kangri Dhaam. Dhaam is a traditional feast done on special occasions like wedding and local festivals in Himachal Pradesh.
This Himachali thali .cafe.bir serves portions of Matar Paneer madra, Himachali Kadi, local vegetable called Lingdu/Lungdu (fiddlehead fern which is a seasonal vegetable), Babru (local Himachali wheat breat), Raita and Meetha Bhaath (the signature dessert of most dhaams). Also on the list is farm fresh Sarson ka Saag, Khatta Kaddu which are added as per the season and our new entrant 'Himachali Khatta Murgh'.
When you are in Bir-Billing (Himachal) don't forget to experience these local flavours at our cafe on the roof top of .
Both Veg and Non-Veg Thali options are available.
