CDP - South Indian
Minimum 5 years’ experience in South Indian Section (Malabar Fusion style ) having knowledge in South Indian Ala carte , well experienced in different kinds of Biriyani preparation & South Indian Thali . Salary between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 42000.
General Cook (Porotta Maker )
 Salary between Rs. 35000 to Rs. 36000.
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Porotta Making
Juice & Sandwich Maker
A juice maker should begins a shift by ensuring that all supplies needed to perform the duties of the job are available. This includes taking stock of all equipment, fruit, milk and any other food product need to create customer beverages.
 Salary between Rs. 27000 to Rs. 30000.
Tea & Snacks Maker
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Tea Making.
 Rs 27000 to Rs 29000.
Captain
• Salary between Rs. 30000 to Rs 32000.
• Female staff is also preferred.
• Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Assist guest with table reservation.
• Assist guest while seating.
• Ensure guests are serviced within specified time.
• Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.

Waiters
 Salary between Rs. 27000 to Rs. 29000.
 Female staffs are also preferred
 Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.

 All candidates should have Minimum 2 years & Max 5 years’ experience.
 Free food and accommodation provided.
 The Duty Hours will be 11 Hours.
 Over time will be paid off with a lump some amount along with monthly salary.
 Two months leave provided after completion of two years of employment.
 Joining air ticket to be taken by the candidates. After two years of completion of work , one way air ticket will be provided by us.
 Medical expenses to be paid by the candidates.
