Manufacturing process:
The production process is simple and transparent as follows.
1.These dry Areca Leaf Sheaths are soaked in water and thoroughly cleaned using brushes to eliminate the sand.
2.The leaves are so arranged as to drain the water.
3.These leaves are then pressed in the moulds of various sizes and attractive designs according to the demand-requirements. .
4. These plates are then packed as per customer requirements and kept safely.
5.These packed plates can be used confidently even after six months
Packaging:
Quality checkpoints at each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure the standard product quality. The expects are checking the quality at each stage as well as we are following Five S tool to conform the quality before packaging section.
1.Before packing, the plates are segregated for quality and the edges are neatly trimmed.
2.The Plates and Bowls are Shrink wrapped as 25 pieces per Shrink.
3.They are then packed in Carton boxes as per customer requirements.
4.Custom packing also provided as per customer requirements.
5.Labeling and logo printing can be done as customer demand in additional charges.
Certification:
The products are completely hygienic and safe and the following tests can be done by the importer/buyer as they required.
PhytoSanitation:
Test: Before shipping, the container is fumigated and tested for safety. To be exported, the test must be passed.
Explanation: Plant material is safe for contact with food.
