*New Chapter for Private Hospital Association in Palamu*

Palamu,: A crucial meeting was held at the Blue Bird Hotel in Baria Chowk, Palamu, attended by all private hospital proprietors in the region. The primary purpose of this meeting was the formation of a new executive committee for the Private Hospital Association.

In the meeting, Mr. Manish Tiwari, Director of Aashi Care Hospital, was unanimously elected as the President. The Vice Presidents appointed were Suresh Mehta and Arun Mehta, while Manish Singh was chosen as the Secretary and Mo. Iqlakh Alam as the Joint Secretary. Anand Singh was appointed as the Treasurer, and Dr. Ziaul Haque as the Deputy Treasurer, with Sunil Kumar taking the role of Media In-charge.

Mr. Manish Tiwari, speaking at the event, emphasized that every hospital must comply with government norms for healthcare setup and treatment should be as per protocol. He stressed that every member hospital must have a clinical establishment license, and those without one would not be members of the association. He also highlighted the need for unity among all hospitals to counter the challenges faced in the smooth operation of hospitals and urged the district administration to ensure the safety and security of healthcare providers, citing a sharp rise in violence against hospitals and doctors.

The committee also addressed the recurring incidents of violence and vandalism in hospitals by antisocial elements and the lack of expected support from the administration. They declared that violence against hospital staff is unacceptable under any circumstances, asserting that the law applies equally to all. If a hospital's doctor commits a mistake, legal action should be taken, but violence should never be supported. Furthermore, Mr. Tiwari stated that the association's unity is its strength and will include all hospitals in Palamu, especially those that have not been able to join due to various reasons.

Hospital proprietors collectively resolved to stand united against violence and antisocial activities in hospitals and expressed their commitment to creating a healthy and secure medical environment.

With the formation of this new committee, all members displayed a spirit of unity and cooperation. The Association has taken steps toward improving and innovating health services.

With this historic step, the Private Hospital Association is ready to infuse new energy and direction in the healthcare sector of Palamu.
