I am a Delhi based home chef & take pre-orders alone.
I specialise in North Indian, Awadhi, Mughlai & B**g Cuisine.
I have been successful with a little of the coastal cuisine too.
I am trying to recover & cook the recipes going out of our kitchens today.
I have a vast menu , which can be shared, when asked for.
Menu includes day to day gharelu & fancy fare.
I require 24-48 hrs for small orders as I buy fresh stock. Fyi , mine is not a takeaway outlet.
7 days' prior notice expected for party orders.
The number of people is not a constraint.
I deliver across Delhi , Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sohna Road, Manesar, Ghaziabad, Noida & Greater Noida
Quality , taste , portion size and hygiene are my strong points.
Oil & spices are customised as per customers' requirements. However, on customisation, the taste may vary from the original.
Allergies & medical conditions, if any , are kept in mind ( Most important).
Order is confirmed on full payment in advance.
Delivery charges are real time via Uber, Swiggy.
