Gluten-free Sunday Brunch @ Café Amaltas

Hello there! We are preparing a nice gluten-free brunch for you this Sunday. The menu is appropriate for the season with a lot of coolers , salads and a touch of Mediterranean vibes.

We’re teaming up with Edible Routes, champions of organic farming, to bring you an unforgettable gluten-free experience in a natural and earthy setting. Edible Routes is perhaps the largest kitchen garden subscription service organisation in India.

Like earlier, all the staples, flours, baking ingredients etc. will be sourced by India’s trusted gluten-free brand Zero-G. We plan to use the healthiest and highest quality ingredients available with a strong emphasis on local and organic whole foods. Any one who thinks that living gluten free is deprivation. Do come over to Amaltas for an interesting experience. Food to us is sensuality and texture, kindness and laughter, being alive and in love.

Hello there! The summers are here and the day temperatures have risen significantly. So, we have decided to do our monthly Gluten-free meet ups in the evenings now. The menu this time is a little eclectic with recipes from different regions of the country and some continental thrown in too. I invite you all for an eclectic evening dinner outing at Café Amlatas.
