Back in 2016 we had a dream – to bring the taste, the style, the soul of the barbecue to beloved Agra City! One year later, the Bon Barbecue family has grown from strength to strength – the results of a tireless team effort dedicated to delivering Authentic BBQ and as a result we are in capital city of Delhi.Today, the BBQ team are always out and about making sure that the slow-smoked BBQ, secret
rubs and sauce recipes are up to scratch, and the BBQ obsession and attention as seen in best of the best BBQ across the globe are kept alive.There is an Indian feel to much of what we do, but this is combined with traditional and international techniques and flavors. The food we do varies according to what’s seasonal and what you want, but below are a few things we have done before. We will always try to do what you want, but be warned, we don’t cook processed food or use lesser quality ingredients!All our groceries are locally sourced and naturally raised. Our fish is from trusted suppliers and always responsibly sourced. Our vegetables and salads are almost always organic.Because we prepare all the food ourselves, we can confidently accommodate your guests that have any food allergies. Please let us know of any potential allergens and we can prepare a separate meal or adjust our menu accordingly.
