Maintaining all hygiene and safety measures due to the global pandemic, the staff members at Sam's Restaurant and Bar undergo a temperature check twice a day. The kitchen is fully sanitized, and protective gear including gloves, masks and shields are worn by all staff members. This ensures minimum to no contact with the food prepared in our kitchen, guaranteeing optimum safety for those indulging in our meals, mocktails and spirits!

Recipe:
4 Wedges Lime
2 Teaspoons Sugar, Superfine
45 ml Absolut Citron
Crushed Ice
Muddle lime and sugar in a rocks glass and add Absolut Vodka. Fill with crushed ice. Stir. Add more crushed ice and garnish with lime.
