Today, Chouka turns 7 – and what a beautiful journey it has been!
From the very beginning, our dream was to bring the warmth, flavor, and soul of authentic Assamese cuisine to your table. Over these seven years, we've had the honour of not just serving food, but also being a part of your celebrations, family traditions, and first tastes of Assam.
To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a meal, brought friends and family, or celebrated a special moment at Chouka — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
