A story common to every Nepali household - alike, yet carrying a peculiar character. Bhuteko Bhat, as anyone can fondly remember and relate to as as quick brunch or a meal altogether. While I remember my mom using caramelised onion in ghee, giving it a distinctive flavour, Pravesh's mom uses fried potatoes in her preparation. So we tried our version at Chula, using local sausages topped with fried egg and a side of the dalle tamatar achar.
