1. Chicory root is high in inulin, which is an insoluble fibre and promotes health advantage. It helps digestive health by reducing inflammation, improvement of immune system and mineral absorption.
2. Chicory’s high quantities of Oligofructose, aid in regulation of the amino acids linked to sensation of fullness. This reduces overeating and promotes weight loss by reducing hunger and cravings.
3. Ground coffee beans are said to contain twice as much potassium as instant coffee powders.
4. Traditionally, Indian filter coffee is cooled with a steel or brass vessel known as Dabara as shown in picture and which we use in Malabar.
