"Chocolate truffle cake — one of the most favourite cakes for every cake lover. 🖤
But as a baker, getting that perfect finish takes a little more trying than people think. The main problem I face? Consistency. Getting the ganache just right — not too thick, not too thin — while finishing smoothly.
Here's the ratio I use for my cakes:
🖤 Dark chocolate + Heavy cream
Piping = 2:1
Frosting = 2:1
Drip = 1:2
These ratios changed everything for me. Smooth ganache. Clean drip. Perfect finish.
