•• Covid 19 থেকে ফিরে আসা একজনের অভিজ্ঞতা:

1. ভিটামিন সি (যথাসম্ভব)
2. ভিটামিন ই (ট্যাবলেট পাওয়া যায়)
3. প্রতিদিন সকাল ১১টার মধ্যে ১৫ থেকে ২০ মিনিট রোদ পোহানো.
4. কমপক্ষে একটি করে ডিম প্রতিদিন।
5. প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ৭-৮ ঘন্টা ঘুম।
6. প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ১.৫ লিটার জল পান এবং প্রতি বেলায় গরম খাবার খাওয়া.
এই কাজ গুলোই হাসপাতালে করা হয়।

•• করোনা ভাইরাসের দেহের pH এর মান 5.5 থেকে 8.5

•• তাই এর চেয়ে বেশি pH level এর খাবার গ্রহনের মাধ্যমে আমরা এর রাসায়নিক গঠন ভেংগে দিতে পারি।

* পাতিলেবু - 8.2 pH
*এভোকাডো - 11.6 pH
* রসুন- 11.2 pH *

* ছোট কমলা - 8.5pH
* আনারস- 10.7 pH
* ডালিয়া ফুল - 12.7 pH
* কমলালেবু - 9.2 pH

2. গলা শুকিয়ে আসবে
3. শুকনা কাশি হবে
