In these uncertain times, the best we can do is keep our heads up and move forward. Rest assured, Aahar Kitchen will remain open to serve our customers.

In light on CDC recommendations and local government guidance, we have made number of key changes in our process and delivery including but not limited to:
1. Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette - Require frequent employee handwashing (e.g. before, during, and after preparing food; after touching garbage) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and increase monitoring to ensure adherence.
2. Require the use of cloth face coverings among all staff, as feasible. Face coverings are most essential in times when physical distancing is difficult.
3. Ensure adequate supplies to support healthy hygiene behaviors. Supplies include soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, tissues, disinfectant wipes, cloth face coverings (as feasible), and no-touch/foot pedal trash cans.
4. Curbside, No contact pickup.
5. No contact delivery.
Beyond the extra precautions we take in sanitizing our kitchen space frequently, we ensure orders go from pan to plate with no direct hand contact along the way.
