How to prepare Strong tea the Munnar's special (Indian Kadak chai)
Pour water in tea pan. Place on high heat. Boil for 3-4 mins on high heat.
Once it starts boiling add the tea dust. Let tea boil on medium heat for 2-3 mins.
Add milk and boil again on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat and strain the tea with a strainer. Add required sugar and crushed cardamom. Enjoy the cup of tea
