A Bengali New Year, told through food.

This Poila Boishakh, step into a table that feels like home. Curated by Ayandrali Dutta, food writer and culinary commentator deeply rooted in her Bengali heritage, this menu brings together the many layers of Bengali cuisine.. from nostalgic beginnings like churmur chaat and vegetable chop to comforting classics like luchi, kosha mangsho, and chingri malaikari, ending with nolen gur payesh.

A celebration of renewal, togetherness, and everything that makes Bengali cuisine what it is.
