Now at Olive Beach, Delhi the food has been placed in the expert hands of Chef Giuliano Tassinari and our olive chef team. Fresh homemade ingredients are the trademark of all the dishes in his kitchen - be it hand made pasta or the wide variety of cheese that he uses. He takes pains to ensure the visual charm of each perfectly created dish resulting in a work of art, fit for any palette. Set in a quiet nook inside Hotel Diplomat in the plush locale of the diplomatic enclave at Sardar Patel Marg in Chanakyapuri, Olive Beach is tastefully hidden behind curtains of greenery where for decades glamour, wealth and luxury have been imbibed with the very foundation of the neighborhood. The hotel belongs to the Lamba family and has had a multi cuisine restaurant here for over four decades. Now, Olive Beach is charming the capital here in an artistically recreated rustic hideaway with its signature pebbled white courtyard, candlelit alcoves and azure water. The restaurant’s creative interiors, chic yet friendly atmosphere and unobtrusively stylish service strike the right balance between camaraderie and intimacy. Rough whitewashed walls, adorned by colours of the Mediterranean palette exude a rustic charm. Wall niches anointed with artifacts, inventive flower arrangements and interiors warmed by the incandescence of wax candles, all tot up to the charming feel of the Olive Beach. It brings forth to life AD Singh’s cherished dream to create an ambience where food, drinks and conversation blend with good company to create the perfect dining experience. Events Assistant:
You don't need any professional qualification, just a charming and a pleasing personality, passion for your job, flexibility for hours, the right attitude and a burning desire to excel. Resourcefulness in finding vendors is important.

Marketing & PR executive:
You need to possess excellent communication and exemplary organisational skills, command over the language, a creative and an aesthetic bent of mind and an ability to conceptualise events and concepts. Relevant education and experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Social media communications:
We are looking for someone to handle social media, including online outreach and promotion, using strategies for facebook, twitter and instagram. Creating content; monitoring and posting on social media; designing campaigns and handling website and social media optimization. Relevant experience, creativity, knowledge and excellent communication skills are necessary. Part timers also welcome.
