I chose to grow slow.
Because food does not grow in factories.
It grows in soil and through seasons.

When food grows fast,
It grows with chemicals and compromises.

Only diseases grow quickly.
Real food never should.

So we chose hand-plucked leaves.
Handcrafted small batches.
