Hence we started Cozinha De Goa meaning Cuisine Of Goa in Portugal language on 24th Dec, 2014 in Visakhapatnam. We dont have any chefs. *) We are specialists of Konkani Seafood, Biryani & Chinese.
*) We make Chinese without using AJINOMOTO / Tasting Salt.
*) Not even a pinch of tasting salt or dalda comes into our restaurant.
*) Entire Goan Cuisine is made in a typical hindu village homemade preparation.
*) Seafood is fresh, less than 48 hours old catch, kokum used is directly from our family garden.
*) Masala used for Fish & Prawns fry is an Authentic 133 YEARS old masala which was invented by my Great Grandfather's mother. The 5th generation of our family is using this masala right now & only 6 people in the world know how to make this masala.
*) Chicken Xacuti is 1 more famous delicacy of our menu in which 18 different different masalas are fried individually, powdered individually and then used. This enitre process of frying each & every masala, then powdering it individually is done by the OWNER HIMSELF.
*) Biryani is made in HYDERABADI DUM STYLE which is pure KAACHA DUM in a big HANDI. We serve More than 16 different types of Biryanis.
*) It is Biryani, handi wala biryani tat we serve not fry pan wala biryani which 90% of the restaurants in pune serve. Unfortunately FRY PAN WALA BIRYANI served in a MATKA or a BIRYANI POT is nothing but CHICKEN CURRY RICE.

*) We have a ROOF TOP Restaurant which right now has a seating capacity of 50 people however it can be extended upto 200 people.
*) If ROOF TOP is used as a function hall for any big parties, events or marriages, 500 approx can be accommodated.
*) We also have 2 Banquet halls. 1st hall very comfortably accommodating 80 people & 2nd hall upto 50 people.
*) Both halls are Air Conditioned and have good HI-Bass Music system as well.
