Veg tandoori momos at Hitchki Thela are where street-style meets smoky tandoor magic.

Freshly steamed momos get marinated in Hitchki’s spiced yogurt mix - think hung curd, Kashmiri chilli, ginger-garlic, and a squeeze of lemon - then charred in the tandoor till they pick up those beautiful blackened edges.

The outside gets that signature tandoori bite, all smoky and tangy, while the veggie stuffing inside stays juicy with cabbage, carrot, and paneer. Served straight off the skewer with mint chutney and tomato chilli chutney, they’re the perfect upgrade - messy, masaledar, and gone in seconds.
