Inspired by the Tea Rooms of the Cotswolds, the heart of England, Chai Jaai seeks to capture the warmth, good cheer and welcoming ambience of the quaint Tea Rooms of the area. While at the same time adding a generous dash of our very own Kashmiri tea traditions. A fusion of the best British and Kashmiri tea traditions, is what we seek to bring to the t

ea lovers in Kashmir. A first of its kind venture, CJ is located on The Bund, with one of the finest views of Jhelum. In one of the most iconic buildings, the Dhanjibouy building, housing the beloved Mahattas studios.
