Dear all its very important information for all Coimbatoreans, .please don't ignore and pass it on to maximum peoples
an official report from meteorological department of India ...
our Coimbatore is going to record it's highest temperature even at the very beginning of this summer...
on (21-03-2016) it has been recorded 39°C.
For the first time in Coimbatore's history ...our city is expected to feel it's devastating heat of 42°C in the next few days till (29-03-2016)..
This high temperatures for the geographical region of Coimbatore could easily affect humans with SUN STOKE.. Even for a normal person ...
It will also cause dizziness, dehydration, jaundice and even kidney failure...
It is advised to consume a minimum of 5 to 7 liters of water for a person who weight is >=60.
It is better to consume water with dissolved salt and sugar and with electrolytes..
Also consume as many milk ice creams .... like AMUL, AAVIN ETC,also have a butter milk,fresh juices as you can to get refreshed.
