New Coffee = New Workshop

We will be organizing an exploratory group tasting workshop where you will taste new coffees from the 2023 Harvest at the cafe.

By tasting the new coffees, taking in their aromas, and brewing them in different ways, we are going to explore new coffees in various ways.

But by exploring all this together as a group is a perfect stage to make specialty coffee from an individual experience to a community one.

Rather than discussing whether you get a note or not, we will be discussing whether you like coffee or not and most importantly, WHY?

Apart from giving Masterchef vibes, it will also unlock a sensory experience, which will help you explore and expand your palette without any distractions or prejudice.

At the end of the workshop, you will know what type of coffee you prefer.

Who should attend?
You will be able to enjoy this workshop if you have an understanding of specialty coffee.
If you have attended our Intro to Workshop, this will be a great second step into the world of specialty coffee.
If you are an absolute beginner, we suggest you attend the "Introduction to Specialty Coffee Workshop" first.

When will it happen?

New Coffee Series. Part 2 - Kensho 3.0

Kensho was the first coffee we launched as BBsqaure and hence has always been extra special to us.

This new version of Kensho is different. A light-medium roast, this coffee is bright and juicy. The first sip tastes like freshly squeezed orange and peach, while a heavy red wine body takes over when the coffee cools down.

From the first sip to the last, the character of the coffee keeps building, and you get to witness the beautiful multifaceted coffee that Kensho 3.0 is.

Close your eyes and smell the floral aromatic along with a hint of sweet milk chocolate.

When you will take the first sip, there will be an interplay of citric and stone fruits like orange and apricot. The mouthfeel will be light but creamy.

As the cup cools down trademark notes of Red Bourbon from Great Lakes of Africa, sweet jaggery and dark chocolate dominate and leave a long-lasting sweet chocolatey finish.

To experience this, visit us soon.

Both pour-over and aeropress are available.
