Some pics from The cooking class I leaded yesterday at Podere Masale for Verde Italia.
Even if the classes I provide are focused on Pasta making, I love putting a special attention on wine pairing discovering and promoting local Wineries.
This year it has been La Palazzola, a winery between Terni, Narni and Stroncone that won several wine awards and uses Metodo Classico for its Spumante.
Something not so common here in Umbria.
Beside Pasta we made The Spring Cake based on strawberries, custard, ladyfingers and Alchermes.
