We have just had the most amazing cooking course. She is so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. She was good at explaining and showing everything down to the smallest detail. She managed to involve children aged 4-12 so that they felt like they were on an equal footing. The food tasted fantastic. Thank you for creating this exciting space for all of us.

Beneath the shade of majestic pine trees and beside the pool of a dreamlike Tuscan villa, I had the pleasure of sharing the art of fresh pasta with a wonderful group from Denmark. They were cheerful, enthusiastic, and incredibly talented at shaping handmade pasta!🍝 I truly adore this enchanting corner of the Pisan countryside. ❤️🇮🇹

Tonight we made one of my favorite Italian dishes from scratch: soft, homemade potato gnocchi served with a fresh arugula pesto and sweet, slow-roasted confit cherry tomatoes. 🍃🍅 Would you like to see how they’re made in person?

One of the best parts of my job is meeting amazing people from all over the world. ❤️
I feel so grateful because the people who come to learn with me are often truly wonderful—just like this beautiful family from California.
And you know what? the Villas owners who host me in this stunning villa are just as special as well!

I’ll never forget this amazing family from Sweden. They traveled with their tiny baby and chose to spend their vacation on top of a beautiful hill in Tuscany. Moments like these stay with me forever.

Ciao, here I am, you can see me throughout Tuscany this Summer.
I’m Ready for another cooking class, new people, and another day when the kitchen fills with the aromas of Tuscany.
This place is amazing and the view is spectacular.
I’m lucky to experience what I’m living now and enjoy this wonderful job that gives me so much satisfaction every single day. ❤️🇮🇹
