In a digital world where every restaurant is trying to design food just for Instagram, the owner of I Templari in Florence is doing things the "stubborn" way. He still lights the fire with care, bakes bread from scratch, and sources massive cuts of meat that feel straight out of a royal feast.

His staff jokingly calls him "too rigid" and says he belongs in the Middle Ages. But as you watch until the end, you realize that his passion and respect for the old ways are exactly why they—and everyone else—love him.

Quest'anno festeggia la Pasqua con noi e lasciati sorprendere da due menù pensati per accontentare ogni palato.
🥩 TERRA — 50€ a persona
Un viaggio tra i sapori più autentici della tradizione italiana:
antipasto di Culatello stagionato e Pecorino sardo su crostone di polenta ai porcini, ravioli artigianali di burrata con salsiccia, melanzane e fonduta di scamorza, e poi tagliata di Chianina alla griglia o agnello pasquale al forno con patate dorate. A chiudere, la regina delle feste: la Pastiera Napoletana ai fiori d'arancio.

Per chi ama i profumi del Mediterraneo:
