Che pomeriggio straordinario da Papà Orso!
Un enorme grazie al birrificio Augusta Taurinorum e ai mastri birrai Daniele e Marcello, che con la loro competenza, passione e disponibilità ci hanno accompagnati per tutto il pomeriggio in un viaggio tra profumi, sapori e storie di birra artigianale.
Un grazie sincero anche a tutti i partecipanti: la vostra curiosità e il vostro entusiasmo hanno reso l’atmosfera ancora più speciale.
E un applauso anche alla nostra cucina, che ha saputo accompagnare ogni degustazione con piatti all’altezza dell’occasione.
Per chi non ha potuto esserci, niente paura: vi aspettiamo alla prossima edizione, per un altro pomeriggio da gustare… e magari una serata da continuare insieme!

What an extraordinary afternoon at Papà Orso!
A huge thank you to Augusta Taurinorum Brewery and to master brewers Daniele and Marcello, who spent the whole afternoon with us, sharing their expertise, passion, and stories while guiding us through a journey of aromas, flavours, and true craft beer culture.
A heartfelt thanks also to all the participants: your curiosity and enthusiasm made the atmosphere even more special.
And a round of applause to our kitchen, which paired each tasting with dishes perfectly crafted for the occasion.
For those who couldn’t make it this time, no worries: we’ll see you at the next edition, ready for another afternoon to savour… and maybe a lovely evening to continue together!
