E partita la primavera, noi partiamo con il nostro nuovo menù!

Ecco alcuni dei nuovi piatti che i nostri chef hanno creato, pensati per sorprenderti con un mix di creatività, gusto e raffinatezza.

Il Tataki di tonno è un piatto che gioca con consistenze e sapori freschi, grazie a una marinatura di 24 ore, una scottatura delicata e un abbinamento perfetto con ponzu dolce, miele, sedano croccante e maionese al prezzemolo. Un’esperienza che esalta la qualità del tonno.

Il tagliolino fresco alla parmigiana di melanzane è una rivisitazione originale della tradizione, dove la pasta accoglie tre creme (melanzana, pomodoro e basilico) per un viaggio nei sapori mediterranei, sorprendente per la sua delicatezza.

Il magret d’anatra all’arancia, cotto a bassa temperatura per mantenere tutta la sua tenerezza, è servito con un fondo ricco, carote al b***o e arancia fresca. Equilibrio perfetto tra dolcezza e freschezza!
