Il formaggio alla piastra è una di quelle cose
che mette d’accordo tutti.

Quello di Formaggi Capoferri lo arrostiamo fino a farlo diventare dorato fuori e morbido dentro, poi lo serviamo con albicocca, pomodoro e pepe verde.

Tre spicchi. Troppo pochi per stare tranquilli👀

Il fusillone è con noi dal giorno uno.

Nel tempo è cambiato, si è evoluto insieme a noi:
un po’ come una fotografia di quello che siamo stati, di quello che siamo e, forse, anche di quello che saremo.

Ha attraversato forme e sapori diversi, ma Franciacorta e salmerino sono sempre rimasti lì, al loro posto.

Ormai è uno di quei piatti che non riusciamo più a immaginare fuori da Canneto.
Un po’ il nostro “da sempre”, e forse anche un po’ “per sempre”🫶🏻

The fusillone has been with us since day one.

Over time, it has changed and evolved along with us, almost like a picture of who we were, who we are, and maybe even who we’ll become.

It has gone through different shapes and flavors, but Franciacorta and char have always remained there, in their place.

By now, it’s one of those dishes we can no longer imagine outside of Canneto.

Secondo noi le cene non devono per forza finire con un caffè o un digestivo.

Per questo in carta abbiamo inserito “Nereo”:
un modo diverso di chiudere l’esperienza, più rilassato, più creativo, forse anche più divertente.

La conclusione perfetta ce la immaginiamo così: una fetta di torta amarene, cioccolato e mandorle e nessuna fretta (e voglia) di andare via✨
