Many of our guests discover Vietnam before they ever board a plane.

Over the years, they have asked us where to go, what to see, what to eat and how to plan their journey.

From these conversations comes Vietnam Through Its Three Regions, a series of special evenings created together with Go Indochine.

From 18 to 20 June, we will take you on a journey across Vietnam, from North to South, exploring the country through its cuisine, traditions and stories.

The culinary journey will follow Vietnam’s three great regions:

✧ Hanoi and the North — Bánh Cuốn

✧ Huế and Central Vietnam — Bánh Bột Lọc Huế

✧ Saigon and the South — Bún Thịt Nướng & Chả Giò

✧ Return to Hanoi — Cà Phê Trứng

The experience will be accompanied by travel stories, a gastronomic passport to be stamped along the way, and a few surprises made possible through the participation of Vietnam Airlines.

Not a dinner.
