Good news: two of the evening’s dishes have made their way onto our menu for a little while longer.

Tonnarello pasta with crushed sun-dried tomatoes
scented with garlic and fresh basil, caciocavallo cheese,
toasted seasoned breadcrumbs (muddica atturrata), and lemon zest:

Just one night, but one we’ll remember for a long time.

To celebrate the start of summer, ELIO+1 welcomed Giuliana and Buccio of Via Delle Palme , who brought with them the warmth, generosity and treasured flavours of Southern Italy. Alongside the The Hoxton Rome team, they created a memorable gathering of food, music and community.

A heartfelt thank you to Via delle Palme for joining us, and to Gaeta Jazz Festival for bringing the perfect summer atmosphere with an intimate and vibrant preview performance by Federico Zanghì , vincenzo lato and .fixation .
