Explore the city by golf cart, choosing one of our tours.

CamilloB. è anche take away

The good news? It was actually born right here in Rome in the early 1900s!
The bad news? There is no cream and no chicken involved!

The authentic recipe only takes 3 simple ingredients: fresh pasta, pasta water, and Parmesan cheese (plus a whole lot of tossing to get that legendary creamy texture)! 🤫✨

Your Rome list is wrong.

Colosseum. Vatican. Trevi. All three doable in a day, all three photographed better by someone else already.

Make pasta with a Roman. It's the only one you'll still remember in three months — and the only one that comes home with you as something you can do.

Save this. You'll need it when you start planning.

"Cooking class" is a lie.

Nobody looks at the camera. Somebody gets flour thrown at them. Two glasses meet over the cutting board. The chef laughs at a sheet of dough that's beyond saving, then saves it anyway. Then everyone sits down at the same table and eats what they made.

That's not a class. That's a dinner party you happen to cook at.

Send this to whoever you're travelling with. 📍 Rome · Castel Sant'Angelo

5 pasta mistakes every tourist makes in Rome. Number 4 is the expensive one.

1 · Cream in carbonara — read the ingredients before you order.
2 · Parmesan on everything — here the cheese to know is pecorino.
3 · The picture menu — walk two streets, look beyond the photos.
4 · Rinsing the pasta — save the rinse for the dishes.
5 · Ordering pasta as a side — it isn't one.

Five small choices that change your whole meal. Save this before your next dinner in Rome. →
