In tutti questi anni abbiamo avuto la fortuna di lavorare accanto a tanti professionisti: chef, pasticceri e gelatieri.
Alcuni sono diventati collaboratori, altri amici, molti ci hanno aiutato a vedere il nostro lavoro da un punto di vista diverso.
E una parte di quello che Fugar è oggi nasce anche da questi incontri.

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside so many talented professionals: chefs, pastry chefs, and gelato makers.
Some have become collaborators, others friends, and many have helped us see our work from a different perspective.
And part of what Fugar is today has been shaped by these encounters.
