【 Thank You for Joining Our Workshop 】

4月末から5月初めにかけて開催した、
ICOR NISEKO × PARSLEYのガーデンワークショップ。

ご参加いただいた皆さま、
本当にありがとうございました✨

お忙しい中足を運んでくださったこと、
一緒に手を動かし、この場をつくってくださったこと、
心より感謝しています。

今回のワークショップでは、
敷地内の資源を活かしながら、
合計6個のレイズドベッド（Raised bed）を設置しました。

土を高く盛った畝（うね）をつくることで、
通気性や排水性を高め、
植物にとって健やかな生育環境を整えています。
ここには、花やハーブ、季節の野菜などを植えていく予定です🌱

土地の循環を感じながら、
少しずつ育っていくICOR NISEKOの菜園の風景を、
一緒に見守っていただけたら嬉しいです。
今後の様子は、Instagramでも随時ご紹介していきます。

またワークショップを開催する際は、
Instagramにて募集予定ですので、
ご興味のある方はぜひご参加ください。

皆さまと一緒につくったこの場所が、
時間とともに豊かに育っていく過程を、
ぜひ楽しみにしていてください。

To everyone who joined our garden workshop
held from late April to early May,
thank you so much for being part of it.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to visit,
and for working alongside us to help shape this space together.

During the workshop,
we created a total of six raised beds,
making use of natural resources found on the site.

By forming raised mounds of soil,
we improved drainage and aeration,
creating a healthier environment for plants to grow.

We will soon begin planting
flowers, herbs, and seasonal vegetables in these beds.

We hope you’ll enjoy watching
the ICOR NISEKO garden grow and evolve over time,
feeling the natural cycle of the land with us.

We will continue to share updates here on Instagram.

We’re also planning to host more workshops in the future,
which will be announced on Instagram—
we’d love to have you join us again.

We look forward to seeing how this space,
created together with all of you,
continues to grow and flourish.

ICOR NISEKOに、春限定のドリンクが登場しました。

ふわふわのフォームミルクの上には、桜の塩漬け。
まるで雲の上に桜が咲いたような、
春らしい一杯です。

ほんのり香る桜と、
ベリーのやさしいピンク色。

変わらず奥土農場さんの
パンを、使わせていただいています。

高たんぱくで、ビタミンB類も豊富な
北海道産エゾシカのソーセージを使用。

ゴールデンウィークには、
満開の景色が楽しめそうです🌸

春の空気を感じながら、
ICORのサンドイッチとドリンクで、

最近は、ハクセキレイが遊びに来ることも。
運が良ければ、ひょこひょこと歩く姿に
出会えるかもしれません🕊️

また、冬の積雪で折れてしまった桜の枝を、
店頭にご用意しています。

Right now, they’re about 30% in bloom,
and we expect them to reach full bloom during Golden Week 🌸

Recently, white wagtails have been visiting our garden too.

春へと季節が移ろいはじめたニセコで、今年は新しい庭づくりがスタート。

ICOR NISEKO( )で
ランドスケープデザインを手がけるPARSLEY( ) が
レイズドベッド（Raised bed）の菜園をつくります。

敷地内にある自然の資源を活かしながら、
土を高く盛った畝(うね)をつくり、
植物を育てる準備をしていく作業です。

同時にボランティアも募集しています。
春の菜園で、季節の移ろいを感じる時間を、
ぜひ一緒に楽しんでみませんか。

雪どけが進み、小さな命が顔を出しはじめました。
ニセコにも、春の気配が近づいています。

写真1枚目は昨年11月、
菜園の冬じまいの際に、皆で植えたクロッカス。
そして2枚目は、春の訪れを告げる福寿草。

ICOR NISEKOでは、この春、
レイズドベッド（Raised bed）の
菜園づくりをスタートします。

敷地内にある自然の資源を活かしながら、
土を高く盛ったレイズベッドをつくり、
菜園で植物を育てる準備をしていきます🌱

この庭づくりを一緒に手伝ってくださる
ボランティアの募集を予定しています。

期間は、4月28日〜5月2日。
詳細な時間などは、改めてご案内させてください。

ご参加いただいた方には、

As the snow melts away, small signs of life begin to emerge.
A gentle sense of spring is drawing closer to Niseko.

The first photo shows Crocuses we planted together last November, during the winter closing of our garden.
The second photo Fukujusō, a flower that quietly announces the arrival of spring.

This season, ICOR NISEKO will begin creating a raised bed garden.

Using natural resources found within our grounds,
we will build Raised beds and prepare the soil for growing plants in the months ahead.

We are planning to welcome volunteers to join us in this garden-making process.

The dates are from April 28 to May 2.
Further details, including the schedule, will be shared soon.
