DIG IN 7th Anniversary🎉
いつもDIG INをご利用いただき、
本当にありがとうございます！
昨日、DIG INは7周年を迎えることができました🎉
2019年2月4日にOPENしてから、7年。
早いようで長い。
長いようであっという間。
なんとも不思議な感覚でこの日を迎えています。
この7年間、
本当にたくさんの方に支えられてきました。
少しずつではありますが、DIG INは成長を続けることができています。
茅ヶ崎の皆さまをはじめ、
遠方からも足を運んでくださるお客様が増え、
今はただただ、感謝の気持ちで胸がいっぱいです。
いつも本当にありがとうございます。
7年続けてくることができましたが、
僕たちはまだまだ発展途上のお店です。
やりたいこと。
創りたい風景。
届けたい体験。
まだまだ、山ほどあります。
DIG INが大切にしているのは、
「心踊る食卓」。
ただ食事をする場所ではなく、
大切な人と過ごす時間が少しだけ特別になる、
そんな空間をこれからも創り続けていきたいと思っています。
これからもDIG INらしく、
スタッフ一同、日々精進していきます。
皆さまと一緒に湘南・茅ヶ崎を盛り上げ、
楽しい時間を共有していけたら、
それ以上の幸せはありません。
至らぬ点も多々あるとは思いますが、
これからもDIG INをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Yesterday, we celebrated our 7th anniversary 🎉
DIG IN first opened on February 4th, 2019.
Seven years have passed since that day.
It feels both long and incredibly fast — a truly special and emotional moment for us.
Over these seven years, we have been supported by so many wonderful people.
Thanks to all of you, DIG IN has been able to grow step by step.
We are deeply grateful to our local Chigasaki community,
as well as to everyone who visits us from far away.
Our hearts are truly full of appreciation.
Even after reaching our 7th year, we still believe DIG IN is a work in progress.
There are still so many things we want to create,
so many moments we want to share,
and so many experiences we want to deliver.
At DIG IN, the core of our philosophy is:
“Together on the Table.”
We believe that gathering around a table brings people closer,
creating meaningful connections through food and shared time.
And within those moments, we strive to create:
“Joy on the Table.”
Not just a place to eat,
but a place where time spent with loved ones becomes a little more special.
We will continue to stay true to who we are and keep improving every single day as a team.
Being able to share happy moments together while energizing Shonan and Chigasaki means the world to us.
We still have much to learn and improve,
but we sincerely hope you will continue to support DIG IN.
