私たちの物語のスタートは、コーヒー商人の先駆けであったアントニオ・パスクッチが新鮮な

コーヒー豆を求め、はるか遠い土地へと旅に出た1883年にさかのぼります。アントニオは、

イタリアン・リヴィエラの山頂にあるモンテ・チェリニョーネで、持ち帰った新鮮なコーヒー豆を焙煎しました。

20世紀初頭、ヨーロッパでは画期的なコーヒー文化が花開き、ベネチアやパリ、ウィーンなどの都市ではカフェが流行しました。今日では、社会における文化の向上と解釈されていますが、当時のカフェは、それまで見られなかった先駆的なアーティストや

ビジネスマン、偉大な知性のホスト役としての役割をしていたのです。

以来、パスクッチは世界で700店以上を出店し、世界的な現象へと進化してきました。

パスクッチは、イタリアのコーヒー文化の品質と歴史を現代的で画期的なコンセプトと融合させながら、150年前の開拓者とし

ての伝統を維持すべく進んでいます。今回、パスクッチは、伝統的かつ現代的なイタリアン・カフェの体験を謹んで日本にお届けいたします。

Our story begins in 1883, when Antonio Pascucci, a pioneer in the coffee trade, began to venture out to distant lands to purchase fresh coffee. Antonio then brought the fresh beans back and roasted them in Monte Cerignone, located on a mountain top on the Italian Riviera. Cafes started to flourish in cities such as Venice, Paris and Vienna. Through what can now be considered a true cultural enhancement to society, the cafes played host to pioneering artists, businessmen and some of the greatest minds ever seen. Since then, Pascucci has developed into a global phenomenon with over 700 locations world wide. Pascucci thrives to keep the tradition of being the same pioneer it was 150 years ago by bringing the quality and history of Italian coffee culture and combining it with modern and innovative concepts. Pascucci is pleased to bring a refreshingly traditional but modern experience of the Italian Cafe to Japan.
