Recently, a guest from Thailand told me that Turret COFFEE is famous back home. When I asked why, they said: “Because your coffee makes people feel truly happy.”

In that moment, I knew my intent—the heart I pour into every pour—was being felt. Another guest told me they can taste the "love" in our brew.

What we do here is simple. We believe a single cup of coffee can bring a smile, enrich the soul, and create a moment of pure happiness for anyone in the world.

We aren’t a "trendy" spot, a photo op, or a tourist attraction. We are a place for the coffee itself. This is why we ask for your respect and mindfulness of our space.

Recently, a frequent guest from overseas touched our hearts with a beautiful gift. At Turret COFFEE, we are incredibly fortunate to welcome people from all over the world—many of whom become familiar faces, returning to us time and time again during their journey in Japan.

ミシュラン三ツ星シェフジェローム氏とミシュランバリスタ川﨑とが作る特別なターレットキャロットケーキを販売開始します。今回は栗と新作のターレットキャロットケーキの2種類をご用意しました。
※カットケーキは¥990
＊ホール(直径17cm)は¥6,600

ホールは予約販売のみ。
ご予約はメッセージ、店頭にて12日17時まで受付中です。
当日はカットケーキを数量限定販売予定ですが、無くなり次第終了とさせて頂きます。

How are you all?

TurretCOFFEE will be celebrating its 12th anniversary on October 19th.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to each and every one of our customers for their continued support.
We have been able to reach this milestone thanks to the smiles of our customers and the words "It was delicious" and "Thank you."

To continue to be a shop that our customers love, all of our staff will continue to work hard to brew coffee that touches their hearts.

To commemorate this occasion, three-star chef Jerome has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Kiyoshi Kawasaki to create an all-new carrot cake. It will be sold in limited quantities.
More details will be announced separately.
