Papa's cafe 251では、週替わりでメニューにはないパスタを作っています。そして今週はパスタ・アル・ポモドーロ。
　パスタ・アル・ポモドーロは、実に素朴でありながら濃厚なイタリアン・フレーバーの絶品です。 新鮮なトマトの甘みと酸味が、オリーブオイルとニンニクの香ばしさにゆっくりと溶け込み、一口ごとに南イタリアのような雰囲気を感じられます。
　シンプルながら深い味わいのソースがアルデンテのパスタに絡み、フレッシュなトマトの風味が口の中に広がります。
　ここPapa's cafe 251にお越しいただければ、本場イタリアの小さなトラットリアで食事をしているような気分になれます。

Papa's cafe 251 makes off-menu pasta on a weekly basis. And this week it is Pasta al Pomodoro.
Pasta al Pomodoro is an excellent pasta with a rich Italian flavor that is truly rustic. The sweetness and acidity of fresh tomatoes slowly meld with the aroma of olive oil and garlic, and with each bite you can feel the breeze of the Italian sunshine.
The simple yet deeply flavored sauce is tossed with al dente pasta, and the taste of fresh tomatoes spreads in your mouth. The aroma of the fresh basil that adds the finishing touch enhances the deliciousness of the dish, making it a magical dish that will leave you wanting another bite, and then another, and then another.
