For two nights only, Chef’s Table by Katsuhito Inoue presents a seasonal tasting menu showcasing the finest ingredients of the moment, accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing. Guided by commentary from a wine expert, each course reveals a deeper story of seasonality, craftsmanship, and place.

Guests will also receive an exclusive gift prepared especially for the occasion.
