We introduce Japanese premium Matcha green tea today. This item is from Kyoto Uji in Japan. New shoots are grown without direct sunshine, and dried whilst rubbing and steamed. These new green tea shoots are ground to a fine powder, which is called Matcha.
Matcha is used for Japanese tea ceremony. Flavour is smooth and sweet. Matcha is also used for a cake and topped on icecream. I recommend this tea to Green tea lovers.

How to make a Matcha drink
1. Put Match(3g) in to a cup
2. Pour hot water 80cc (about 80℃) in the cup
3. Stir it with a spoon or Cha-sen(special item for Japanese tea ceremony, the photo as below)
