Our dishes are inspired by traditional West Coast fish house cuisine. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what’s available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season. 店の名前の由来は僕たち兄弟が育ったカリフォルニア州、ソラナビーチにあるストリート名です。シドロスは南カリフォルニアの海岸線沿いにありオシャレなカフェ、アンティークショップ、ライブハウス等が並ぶ小さなビーチタウン。そこの雰囲気とアメリカ東海岸にあるシーフードレストランを基調とした飲食店。新鮮な魚介料理と美味しいニューワールドワインが楽しめるお店です。

General Manager:
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage staff and coordinate schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry

Kitchen Staff:
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Experience preferred but not required

Hall Staff:
- Serve customers efficiently
