❤This is a delicious and healthy lean chicken breast, a variety of vegetables that we stir-fried.

📌The chicken was Pan-fried in very little Olive oil and the vegetables quickly stir-fried to preserve their nutrients.

📌This meal is a great source of protein, fiber, and vitamins, and it is also low in fat.

Ladies,

These three options give relief on different levels.

For about 7 years a few things i have learnt about Food is that it can either Heal or make us Sick.

My Passion for Speaking about and helping people choose around had my paths cross with these two amazing people Cynthia Wakonyo of Wakis Space,an amazing and Laban Motaroki of @ Laban's Gym.
