The Phnom Penh Diners Club is back!

This is our first kick-off collaboration of the season, with more monthly events to follow. We will be holding these dinners at unique locations around Phnom Penh, featuring collaborations with various chefs and suppliers.

We are very excited to present this “Evening of Taste” event over two special nights — Friday and Saturday, October 17th & 18th — at HYBRID KITCHEN on Street 222.

Joining me in these upcoming collaborations is my dear friend and colleague, Jay Scaife, Executive Chef at Ruby Jack’s here in Phnom Penh.

Jay and I have known and worked alongside each other abroad for over 20 years. We are thrilled to share what we have planned for you at this event.

We are collaborating with INDOGUNA Gourmet Purveyors for this special dinner. The theme is a six-course All Beef tasting, featuring Tajima and Satsuma Gyu beef from Japan.

Sparkling wine, BOTANICO craft beer, and canapés will be served from 6:30pm, followed by our six-course signature FAITH tasting menu starting at 7:15pm.

Each course will be masterfully composed with the wine in mind, with the dish created around the flavors, nuances, and textures of that wine — making for a truly unique alchemy of taste, aroma, and sensation.

After the success and acclaim of our last dinner, we have already pre-sold many tickets for this event!

Seating is extremely limited, so please purchase your tickets soon to avoid disappointment.

Greetings fellow gourmands, enophiles and epicureans!

Following the great success of our sold out event Oct. 3rd at iL Forno, we are thrilled to announce our next very special engagement of the Phnom Penh Diners Club.

We are very excited to be holding our next "Evening of Taste" on Saturday November 28th, at the lovely ENSO Restaurant & Café on Street 240.

Joining me in the kitchen on this occasion will be my long time friend and colleague, Jay Scaife, the executive chef at Knai Bang Chatt Resort in Kep.
Jay and I have known each other and worked abroad together for nearly 20 years now, so this will be an extra special evening to say the least.
This is only our 2nd culinary event collaboration to happen between us, so we are very excited to share all we have planned for you this evening!

Good Day Everyone!

On Saturday October 3rd I will be conducting an exclusive dining engagement, at the upstairs dining area at IL FORNO PHNOM PENH starting with canapes and bubbles at 6:30, then followed by my signature "FAITH" tasting menu at 7:15 that will offer 6-courses, all paired with premium wine flights.
If you wish to join us for this very special engagement, you can purchase tickets at Il Forno, Haven Spa or by ABA transfer.

Seating is limited to 16 guests, so please book early as we have already sold a few tickets. This will be a very special and incredible evening of tastes, aromas, and lovely conversations.
